Barcelona acquired Olmo from Leipzig during the summer transfer window following his impressive performances with the Spanish national team in the European Nations Cup.<\/p>\n<p>Due to the club\u2019s salary cap issues, Barcelona could only temporarily register Olmo\u2019s contract until January, preventing a permanent registration.
