Caught off guard early on by Fabio Silva\u2019s goal at the 28th second, the Madrid goalkeeper wasn\u2019t troubled thereafter. With his teammates stepping up and delivering an overall solid performance, Courtois had little to do. It was a calm game, with nothing noteworthy from the Belgian international, who can now look forward to returning to the national team following their change in management.Antonio R\u00fcdiger (6.5)<\/p>\n
A solid performance from the Madrid defensive rock. Aside from his failure to intercept the cross that led to Las Palmas\u2019 goal, R\u00fcdiger delivered a strong display overall until he was substituted late in the game for the returning David Alaba, who is finally back in action.<\/p>\n
Ra\u00fal Asensio (6.5)<\/p>\n
Another impressive outing for Asensio. Once again starting in the heart of Madrid\u2019s defence, the 21-year-old made effective tackles to neutralise potential threats. Always willing to contest duels, he redeemed himself after Thursday\u2019s Copa del Rey misstep. Offensively, he provided excellent passes, particularly to Bellingham in the second half. The young Spanish talent is making a strongcase for a starting spot in Wednesday\u2019s Champions League clash against RB Salzburg.<\/p>\n
Fran Garc\u00eda (6.5)<\/p>\n
A consistent performance from the Spanish left-back. In his second consecutive start after Thursday\u2019s Copa del Rey match, Fran Garc\u00eda continued to impress. While his absence during the 26th-second cross that led to a goal was notable, the 25-year-old generally delivered a solid display. As usual, he contributed significantly in attack with his relentless runs forward.<\/p>\n
Lucas V\u00e1zquez (6)<\/p>\n
Defensively, it was once again underwhelming. Repositioned as a defender in recent seasons, the Spanish right-back again struggled to meet expectations in defence. Missing from the opening goal scored by Las Palmas, V\u00e1zquez has yet to alleviate concerns about the team\u2019s defensive frailties. However, he showcased his attacking qualities on Sunday against the visiting side.<\/p>\n
Dani Ceballos (6.5)<\/p>\n
A good performance from the Spanish midfielder. Vital in build-up play, Ceballos controlled the midfield well against his opponents. There isn\u2019t much else to add about the former Arsenal player.<\/p>\n
Federico Valverde (6)<\/p>\n

He was the least impactful player on Sunday. Likely fatigued from the demanding fixture schedule, Valverde didn\u2019t perform to his usual standards. Positioned deeper on the pitch, the Uruguayan midfielder played a minor role, helping to fill gaps and provide numerical superiority. No major criticism for Ancelotti\u2019s reliable workhorse, who always steps up when needed.<\/p>\n
Jude Bellingham (7)<\/p>\n
A strong performance from the English midfielder. As always, Bellingham was everywhere, contributing significantly to his team\u2019s efforts. Everything seems to be going well for him.Brahim Diaz (7)<\/p>\n
An excellent game for the Moroccan player. After missing a clear chance early on, Brahim delivered an outstanding performance. Energetic and unpredictable, he posed constant problems for the Las Palmas defenders. With a goal to his name, Diaz definitely made a statement.<\/p>\n
Rodrygo Goes (8)<\/p>\n
What a game from the Brazilian forward! On fire from the start, Rodrygo tormented the Las Palmas players. His skilful dribble earned the penalty that Mbapp\u00e9 converted for the equaliser. His goal capped off a brilliant display on Sunday.

Mbapp\u00e9 is well and truly back. Unstoppable in recent weeks, the French striker delivered another exceptional performance this Sunday.
