La Masia effect”: Barca fans stunned by Yamal and Casado’s assists in the first half vs Espanyol

Barcelona is set to play against Espanyol today in the Catalan Derby.

In the first half, all three assists for Barcelona’s goals came from La Masia graduates: Lamine Yamal, Marc Casado, and Alejandro Balde. While Balde’s assist to Dani Olmo was straightforward, the other two were impressive and surprised fans.

Yamal provided a gorgeous trivela assist for Dani Olmo’s first goal, and Marc Casado once again wowed with his vision, assisting Raphinha’s goal.
