BREAKING: A Malian Player is Set to Join FC Barcelona!

Ibrahim Diarra, the promising young talent targeted by FC Barcelona to secure the club’s future, is on the verge of joining.

At just 17 years old, the Malian winger, currently with African Foot Academy in Mali, impressed during the 2023 U-17 World Cup, scoring five goals and helping Mali secure third place.

His transfer, valued at €1.7 million, has already been finalized, and he will join Barcelona once he turns 18 on December 12.

In the meantime, Barça’s leadership is finalizing his arrival, with plans already in place for his development.

According to Sport, Diarra is expected to arrive in January after obtaining his visa. Once settled in Catalonia, the young Mali international will be integrated into Barça Atlètic to further refine his skills and adapt to the club’s philosophy.
