Barcelona optimistic about Dani Olmo’s registration – crucial hearing today
Barcelona are optimistic that Dani Olmo will be successfully registered despite concerns over financial fair play. The club is managing the situation with a calm approach and has reassured Olmo and his representatives, as reported by AS.
The issue stems from Barcelona’s financial troubles, which could hinder Olmo’s registration by January 1. However, the club is confident they will find a solution, similar to how they handled Gavi’s registration last year.
On Monday, Barcelona will appear in La Liga’s Commercial Court Number 10 to defend Olmo’s right to be registered. The same judge, Ignacio Fernandez de Senespleda, who ruled in favor of Gavi, is overseeing the case.
President Joan Laporta met with Olmo’s lawyer and father, assuring them that Olmo’s registration is secure. Barcelona is working to resolve the matter and ensure Olmo’s registration through 2030.
Additionally, reports suggest that Gavi criticized Lewandowski for not pressing the Atletico Madrid defense.
