I would love to play for them’: Monaco rising star Akliouche declares undying love for Barca

Maghnes Akliouche played a key role in Monaco’s 2-1 victory over Barcelona in the Champions League earlier this season. However, despite his success, the French midfielder is a fan of Barcelona.

“La Liga is my favorite league due to its style of play,” Akliouche states.

“Besides Monaco, I would love to play for Barcelona.”

When asked about the most underrated player, Akliouche pointed to Busquets.

The 22-year-old is considered one of the rising talents in French football, known for his passing, physicality, pace, and finishing abilities. He prefers playing as an attacking midfielder or on the right wing and is valued at €40 million.
