€85 million-rated Napoli winger open to future Barcelona, Real Madrid move, confirms agent

Many top football players dream of joining prestigious clubs like FC Barcelona and other elite European teams. Despite Barcelona’s financial challenges, the club’s rich history and strong reputation continue to attract world-class talent. Recently, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, a 22-year-old Georgian winger, was mentioned by his agent, Mamuka Jugeli, as a potential target for either FC Barcelona or Real Madrid in the future. Jugeli remarked, “When Kvara is ready to play for Real Madrid or FC Barcelona, it will be evaluated in the future.”

This interest is unsurprising, as many players aspire to represent one of the El Clasico clubs based on personal preference.

Interestingly, Kvaratskhelia’s current club, Napoli, will face Real Madrid in Group C of the UEFA Champions League this season. Although Real Madrid had previously shown interest in the player, a transfer did not materialize at that time. However, with insights from the agent and Kvaratskhelia’s father being a Barcelona fan, a move to the Catalan club remains a possible option.

Currently, Kvaratskhelia and his team view Napoli as the best environment for his development, praising the strength of his teammates, including Osimhen, Di Lorenzo, and Zielinski. His agent stated, “With such teammates, it shows the team’s quality, which is why we’re not considering leaving Napoli.”

There have been no talks about a contract extension with Napoli, and the agent emphasized, “We’re happy with the current contract. Our focus is on defending the Scudetto and advancing in the Champions League. Kvara loves the city and his teammates; we’re not worried about media speculation.”

As the UEFA Champions League remains a priority for top clubs, both Napoli and FC Barcelona are striving to perform strongly, given the talent they have.
