Barcelona ‘blame’ Spanish holidays for delay in Olmo and Victor registrations

Barcelona has reportedly stated that the Spanish holiday period caused a delay in transferring funds, which has impacted their ability to meet La Liga’s request to register players Dani Olmo and Pau Victor.

Sources indicate that the delay was beyond their control, preventing them from meeting the December 31 deadline.

Despite this setback, Barcelona is hopeful of resolving the issue.

The club is facing difficulties re-registering Olmo and Victor to allow them to play after December 31.

However, La Liga issued a statement on New Year’s Eve, confirming the rejection of Barcelona’s proposal, leaving the players’ futures uncertain.
