Hansi Flick: ‘Araujo is a leader, we are happy to have him back

Ronald Araujo makes his first appearance for Barcelona in the 2024/25 season, starting in the Copa Del Rey match against Barbastro.

Commenting on Araujo’s inclusion, Hansi Flick said, “We are pleased to have Ronald back; he is a leader and brings valuable experience to the team.”

In addition to Araujo, Wojciech Szczesny is also making his first start for Barcelona, with Inaki Pena given a rest.
